External Cladding Panel Installation

Step 1  

Internal Corner Installation Install the joist. Fix the aluminium joist with expansion bolts. One expansion bolts every 600-800 mm, centring distance for the joist is 600mm. Pre-drill the holes on the wall and the aluminium joist.

Step 2  

Install the clips and suprotect wall cladding. The first row of clips is 5mm from the ground. Install the first wall cladding.

Step 3

Continue to install the suprotect wall cladding.

①Ensure the wall cladding board is not longer than 3000mm.

②Snap the clips onto the suprotect wall cladding and screw them to the joist.

③The clips near the middle should be screwed onto the wall cladding.

Step 4  

Install the last suprotect wall cladding

External Corner Installation. Screw the external corner cover onto the joist every 1 meter on both sides. The clips need only be fixed by a screw on the side.

Connected Side Cover Installation. Screw the connected side cover onto the joist every 1 meter on both sides. The clips need only be fixed by a screw on the side.
