Case One

 

Background: In 2019, a Canadian self-use customer, Mr. Hamed, placed more than 200sqm WPC decking and wall cladding. We had good communication in the early stage, but when we sent our inspection photo to and ready to ship, Mr.Hamed said that the goods were wrong and did not want this batch of goods, and filed a refund application from Alibaba.

 

After multi-party communication, send more detailed cargo drawings and the video inspection on the spot. Mr.Hamed finally agreed to withdraw Alibaba's refund application, paid the balance, and continued to complete the order. When Mr.Hamed received the goods, the feedback was that the quality of the goods is outstanding, more than value for money! We were delighted to hear that.

Case Two

 

Background: In 2020, we received a complaint from our Bulgarian engineering client. He has a project that uses our co-extrusion wall cladding SP-WP11 and was installed less than a year. There is a case of arch cracking and has some other problems. In the beginning, the customer felt very angry, thinking that there was something wrong with the quality of our products, which caused this kind of situation and wanted to seek us for compensation directly.

After understanding with the customer and cooperating with him to the site for disassembly and assembly, we found that the installation method of that project was wrong. There was not enough space for the product to expand, so the products squeezed each other and cracked arched.

Finally, after communicating with the customer about the site situation, the customer reinstalled it according to our installation guide. After that, that project got outstanding results and kept a good situation since.
 
As we all know, it's crucial to follow the proper installation guide to give full play of products.
